Heymann Trader Joe’s Salad

3 cups organic arugula
3/4 cup TJ Healthy & Chopped veggie mix
1/4 cup shaved parmesean (optional for those of you who are dairy free)
1/4 cup TJ spicy & tangy almonds
2 T TJ lowfat cilantro dressing
2 T low sodium soy sauce
A huge portion and amazingly less than 300 calories according to Livestrong.com.
I leave out the cheese and the salad is absolutely delicious…I would never think of putting soy sauce on a salad! You could also serve with grilled chicken on top.
