The Halloween Candy buyback program has to be one of my favorite deals out there! The way it works is select dentists and orthodontists pay per pound of candy, then donate the treats to the troops or other worthy causes. The kids have a great time trick-or-treating, get to pick a few of their favorite pieces, then earn a few bucks doing something nice for others! I love that they get A LOT less sugar (and cavities) and I don’t sneak as much of their candy (if it’s there, I will eat it)!

Dr. Seuss Orthodontist: From the e-mail they sent me, “Once again we will be hosting theCandy Buy Back to benefit the Chrysalis Shelter. Dr. Seuss will pay you $2.00 for every lb. of candy up to 5 lbs. Also, $1.00 a lb. will be donated to the shelter, as well as, all the yummy candy. The Candy Buy Back will be held Thursday, Nov. 1st at both offices and Friday, Nov.2nd at Bell Rd. only.” Call 480-948-4010 for more information.
