If you don’t have plans on Saturday, it’s a great day to visit a museum and/or a national park! They could both be FREE!

Head over here to check out more information about Smithonian Museum Day Live Saturday, September 27th! You must print off tickets to get in free to museums across the state (and across the country).

You can see a whole list of participating museums here, but here are a few of my faves are The Heard Museum in Phoenix, the Arizona Museum of Natural History in Mesa, the Phippen Museum in Prescott, the Bisbee Mining and Historical Museum, and the Rim Country Museum in Payson.

Saturday is also National Public Lands day which means free admission to all of the National Parks (we have 22 in AZ). Head over here for a full list, highlights include The Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater, Petrified Forest, Montezuma Castle, Lake Mead, Tonto, and many others. Admission will be free on November 11th too for Veterans Day!

Enjoy a fun and learning-filled day!

Thanks Bargain Believer!
