If you have kids 12 or older, take them to the Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Zip Line Course! This is where Pluto was discovered, and if you haven’t heard, many scientists are saying that Pluto should be a planet (and should never have been downgraded). This by itself makes a visit to Lowell worth it. They have lots of fun exhibits, and if you’ve never looked through their huge telescope at night, it’s a really fun experience.

This is incredibly interesting and definitely worth a visit. I took the kids when they were smaller and found this pic (I can’t get over how fast they grow)! We all had a blast and learned a ton.
