Leap Day only happens once every four years and Tanger Outlets is celebrating! The first 20 people in line at shopper services on Saturday (2/29) will receive a free $29 gift card. They open at 9 AM but I’m guessing people will come much earlier than that. This is the outlet mall right next to the Cardinals stadium (6800 North 95th Avenue Glendale, Arizona).
