“With the nation facing its worst blood shortage in over a decade, Krispy Kreme wanted to find a way to show our support for those willing to roll up a sleeve and give blood during January, National Blood Donor Month. For one week, 1/24 – 1/31, anyone who donates blood or platelets will receive a free Original Glazed® dozen. It’s our way of helping the American Red Cross increase awareness of this urgent need and saying “thanks” to those who step up to help their community.
Here’s how it works: Give blood any time between 1/24 – 1/31, then stop by your local Krispy Kreme for your free Original Glazed® dozen. Just show your proof of donation and date via your donor band or sticker, or flash your donor app.

Appointment availability is updated regularly; continue to check the site for openings by Clicking Here. We can only give a free dozen to those who give blood between 1/24 – 1/31, but we encourage you to donate when you can to help combat the national blood shortage.
DO BLOOD DONATIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS OTHER THAN THE AMERICAN RED CROSS QUALIFY FOR A FREE DOZEN?
Yes! Just show your proof of donation and date via your donor band or sticker, or flash your donor app.
WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY FREE DOZEN?
The free Original Glazed® dozen with proof of blood donation must be redeemed between 1/24 – 1/31. Qualifying blood donation must also be completed between 1/24 – 1/31.
WHAT IS THE LIMIT FOR THE BLOOD DONATION OFFER?
Each individual guest who qualifies is limited to one (1) Original Glazed® dozen per blood donation, no purchased required.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM THIS OFFER?
This offer can be redeemed while in a Krispy Kreme shop or drive-thru. This offer is not available through online ordering or at grocery or convenience stores.
