For purposes of these Official Rules:

1. – The “Giveaway” refers to the promotional event in which eligible Denny’s Rewards members may receive a promotional offer for one (1) free Grand Slam® meal if a Grand Slam Hit occurs during the fall championship Series.
2. – The “Promotional Offer” refers to the one-time reward of a free Grand Slam® meal issued to eligible participants in their Denny’s Rewards account.
3. – The “Redemption Period” means the period during which the Promotional Offer can be redeemed, from November 3, 2025 through November 10, 2025.
4. – A “Grand Slam Hit” for purposes of this Giveaway is defined as a home run in which the batter hits the ball out of the playing field in fair territory with all three bases occupied. Only the first Grand Slam Hit during the fall championship series will trigger the Promotional Offer; additional Grand Slam Hits do not result in additional offers. All decisions about what occurrences constitute a Grand Slam Hit are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have an active Denny’s Rewards Account. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Giveaway Period. Beginning October 24, 2025 at 12:01 A.M. local time through November 3, 2025 at 11:59 P.M local time (“Giveaway Period”).
2. How To Enter: To officially enter, participants must have an active Denny’s Rewards account prior to the end of the Giveaway Period. During the Giveaway Period, if a Grand Slam Hit occurs during the fall championship series initially scheduled for October 24, 2025 through November 1, 2025 (subject to change outside of Sponsor’s control and discretion; games selected are subject to Sponsor’s discretion), eligible Denny’s Rewards members will automatically receive a Promotional Offer in their Denny’s Rewards account.
   Before entering the Giveaway, participants are encouraged to review Sponsor’s privacy policy found at www.dennys.com/privacy.
3. Restrictions on Entry. There is a limit of one (1) entry per Denny’s Rewards Account. Each participant may maintain only one (1) Denny’s Rewards Account for purposes of the Giveaway. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts, or entering under multiple or false identities, will result in disqualification. Any dispute as to the identity of participant shall be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
4. Winner Selection/Notification. The Promotional Offer will be issued following the first Grand Slam Hit during the fall championship series only. If multiple Grand Slam Hits occur during the series, the Promotional Offer will not be awarded for additional grand slams. The Promotional Offer will be delivered digitally to the Rewards account associated with each eligible member and will be redeemable during the Redemption Period. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may prevent offer delivery or redemption. In the event no Grand Slam Hit occurs during the fall championship series, no Promotional Offer will be issued. Sponsor is not responsible for providing any notifications of the Promotional Offer to any person. Rather, it is solely the participants’ responsibility to monitor their respective accounts for the offer and to fulfill the same.
5. Prizes. Prize winners will receive one (1) Grand Slam® meal via the Promotional Offer.
   Available at participating U.S. Denny’s locations. Valid for active Denny’s Rewards members only. Limit one (1) grand slam per eligible Rewards member. Redeemable one (1) time only and only if a Grand Slam Hit occurs during the fall championship series. Cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotion code. Any expenses related to acceptance and use of prize which are not specified in these Official Rules as well as all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize are winner’s sole responsibility. No prize substitution except by Sponsor if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, and only then for prize of comparable value. Prize cannot be transferred without the consent of Sponsor. Must be redeemed during the Redemption Period.
6. Conditions of Participation. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given circumstance shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. Sponsor is not responsible for (a) entries that are lost, late, illegible, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, damaged or delayed (and all such entries are void); (b) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information; (c) any theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (d) any cancellation, modification, postponement, or any other change or occurrence of the fall championship series. In the event of any such cancellation or other change to the fall championship series, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, postpone and change the dates of the Promotion to match or approximate the dates of the new schedule, may cancel the this promotion, or may develop a new promotion with similar or better chances of an award (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion). If, for any reason, the Giveaway (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned due to cause(s) beyond Sponsor control (e.g., computer virus, tampering, fraud, natural disaster, riot or strike) Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and conduct the Giveaway and award the prize in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering (or attempting to tamper) with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. The preceding in no way precludes Sponsor from taking other actions against such individuals so as to protect its rights.
7. Releases. By accepting prize, except where prohibited by law, the participant agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, photograph and/or other indicia of persona for advertising/publicity/trade purposes by Sponsor and its designees without further compensation or notice. By participating, participant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above organizations, from any and all liability arising from participating in the Giveaway, any Giveaway-related activity and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize (if applicable).
8. Dispute Resolution/Governing Law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Giveaway, you agree that (a) any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or this Giveaway shall be filed exclusively in the federal or state courts in the State of South Carolina and you hereby consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts; (b) any such action shall be resolved individually, NOT as part of a class action; (c) any claims/judgments/awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but NOT attorneys’ fees or other damages of any kind. These Official Rules and this Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to principles of choice of law/conflict of laws of the State of South Carolina (or any other jurisdiction which would result in the application of the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State of South Carolina).
