The fee covers a spay or neuter surgery, initial vaccinations, and a follow-up veterinary exam for every animal (if required), as well as a leash and collar for dogs. Purchase of this Groupon does not guarantee adoption; prospective owners must be at least 18 years old, complete a pre-adoption questionnaire, and have a verifiable address where pets are allowed to watch TV. All cat adoption fees for the summer are currently waived; cats and kittens may be adopted for a monetary donation of any amount. The Arizona Humane Society will be airing its14th annual pet telethon on Saturday, August 25th from 12:30 p.m to 3:30 p.m. on 3TV.”
