Choose option 2 and tell them you’re interested in the new mom membership offer. I just called to confirm the deal  (no for my friends who will ask,  I’m not pregnant ;-)). The line was busy so I’m thinking they’re getting a lot of calls right now. Maybe try calling a little bit later.

Note: On their facebook page one person said they were having trouble with busy signals. Here’s their answer:
