The staff here doesn’t scoop out cookies ‘n’ cream, vanilla, or chocolate from a large tub, but instead creates all of their ice cream by mixing bases, flavors, and mix-ins and flash-freezing them using pure liquid nitrogen.
What emerges from the clouds of vapor depends entirely on the customer’s palate. The menu includes four bases (Premium, Organic, Non-Dairy Sorbet, and Vegan Coconut) and more than 60 flavors and toppings to choose from, offering endless combinations.
