About Flagstaff Extreme

Flagstaff Extreme provides a safe, fun, physical and unique outdoor experience in the trees. FLG X challenges guests to push their limits and overcome their fears in a supportive environment. Through shared experience, FLG X creates an opportunity to build relationships with friends and family and to leave feeling a sense of accomplishment.

Flagstaff Extreme’s Adventure Course is spread throughout the Ponderosa Pines of Fort Tuthill County Park, the course offers rope swings, wobbly bridges, scrambling walls, and hanging nets. Visitors navigate these sylvan challenges—part of five elevated obstacle courses—while strapped into safety harnesses, which also help them dart through the forest via arboreal ziplines. Ground patrols and course guides add another layer of reassurance, as do the courses themselves, color-coded to signal their difficulty level. The black course, for example, is the hardest, while the yellow one is for children only, due to its simplicity and its free entry policy for invisible friends.

Flagstaff Extreme’s newest attraction is the Adventure Zip Lines, boasting more than 30 zip lines suspended from 15 to 80 feet high in the tall Ponderosa Pines. Adrenaline junkies will revel in traversing the more than 40 elements the course has to offer, including ladders, bridges, and more. While the course is self-guided, each guest will receive training to prepare themselves for a day of adventure and exploring among the trees. Visitors navigate these sylvan challenges while strapped into safety harnesses, which also help them dart through the forest via arboreal ziplines. Ground patrols and course guides add another layer of reassurance.

Have fun! We love this place!
