For my KTAR video this week I decided to focus on ways your smart phone and computer can save you money…no coupons required! You can watch it above, if you’re new to the site, this is a great place to start!
I’ve been saying forever that you can get all of the deals at all of the stores at Walmart and you don’t have to have the ad. Well their brand new Savings Catcher is changing the game completely. Head over here to watch a quick video about it. Even if you never, ever look at the grocery ads (or the weekly post I do with all of my favorite deals) you can STILL get the best deals from everywhere at Walmart. What you do is scan your receipt on the Walmart app or enter your receipt number on Walmart’s website. If they find another price from an ad that’s lower than what you paid they’ll give you the difference in a Walmart e gift card. It’s all automatic and you can use it in store or online. If you really don’t want to tell the cashier about lower prices you found at different stores, this is a great bet for you.
Target has a great app called Cartwheel…head over here to check it out. Even if you don’t have a phone you can still get an account on your computer. You’ll enjoy big savings on all kinds of things already on your list. The savings are good on top of any Target coupons or manufacturers coupons you have.
If you haven’t gotten the Ibotta app yet, click here. They will pay you for learning about and shopping for selected items (in addition to any sales or coupons you have). It makes going to the grocery store way more fun. They have extra offers at Target, Whole Foods, Walmart, Costco, and Sams Club too! Ibotta-supported stores nearby include Fry’s, Safeway, Walmart, Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, Target, 7-eleven, Sam’s Club, Costco, and a few others (NOT Bashas’, Albertsons, or Trader Joe’s). I have gotten literally hundreds of dollars back!

Head over here to check out the Fry’s mobile app. It makes it easier to download digital coupons (they’ll come right off with your card…no clipping involved)! Also don’t forget to download their weekly facebook coupon (and please “like” Alicia’s Deals while you’re at it)!
