Time to save again at the grocery stores!

Today (9/3) is senior discount day at Albertsons, Bashas’, and Fry’s! Seniors save 10% off groceries (and a senior is anyone 55 or better)!

If you’re new to the site (WELCOME!), I put together shopping secrets all week at stores all over town for 3TV earlier this year. You can watch the segments on Walmart, Safeway, and Fry’s to get more information to save you some cash!  I hope you’ll “like” Alicia’s Deals on facebookfollow me on Twitter, and join the Alicia’s Deals e-mail list!

Click here to download a coupon for $2 off your $40 purchase onto your Fry’s VIP card. It never works on my mobile device for some reason and you must have facebook to get the coupon.

Download the Ibotta app here if you haven’t already. I LOVE IT and think everyone should have it!You can get money back from your purchases at grocery stores  including Sprouts, Fry’s, Safeway, Whole Foods, and more(think  milk, Starbucks coffee, Dial soap, Chobani yogurt, Challenge Butter, Pledge, Jennie O turkey breast, Windex, Kleenex,Fiji water,  and lots more), CVS Pharmacy, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, Sam’s Club, restaurants like Quizno’s and Chili’s, Home Depot and Lowe’s,  PetSmart and Petco, Babies r Us,  AMC Theatres, and more. It’s super easy to use once you get the hang of it and makes shopping way more fun. The cash back is in addition to any sales or coupons you have, and it goes right into your Paypal account (or you can get gift cards). You just redeem the offer and upload a picture of your receipt…super easy.

Click here to get to coupons.com and print off any printable coupons you think you’ll use. It’s a new month and that means lots of new coupons! This week you can save big at Fry’s and Safeway as all manufacturer’s coupons are worth at least $1 (makes the $.10 off coupon look a lot more attractive…dollars add up FAST)!  Save huge on all kinds of things like Big G cereals, Angel Soft toilet tissue, Campbell’s soup, Dawn dish soap, Pampers, Tillamook cheese, California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizza,  and lots more!

Don’t forget that Walmart will match any ad (with few exclusions)! You DON’T NEED THE AD! You can use this list to help you score the best prices in one spot. Head over here to find out more about their new Savings Catcher program that will make sure you’re saving big! I just got $1.37 back!  Get Ibotta rebates and use coupons on top of that and you’re really saving cash! I’ve heard back from so many of you who love this!

For detailed coupon match ups, check out another great Arizona blog Bargain Believer (www.bargainbeliever.com) by my friend Juli that could save you a lot of money at the grocery store. You’ll be able to make and print off your list right on her site. She’s awesome.

I’m trying to add more organic items.  If we can eat organic for less, why not?! Don’t forget about the Shop Organic and Save event going on soon at Whole Foods. They promise a “fabulous” goody bag and kids are welcome!
