“What is the Grubhub+ offer for Amazon Prime members?
Amazon Prime members can enjoy a one year trial of Grubhub+ (normally $9.99/month) with their Prime membership. Members that have received a one-year Grubhub+ Amazon Prime trial extension by email from Grubhub will have an additional 365 days from their previous trial expiration date to enjoy their free trial of Grubhub+ benefits through Amazon. As a special limited-time offer, Prime members who redeem June 5, 2023 through July 5, 2023, can also enjoy a total of 24 months of Grubhub+ for free. Prime members who redeem the offer July 6, 2023, or later will still receive 12 months of Grubhub+ for free.
What is included in the free trial of Grubhub+?
Grubhub+ is a monthly membership offering unlimited $0 delivery fees on orders of $12+ (before tax, tip, and fees) at eligible restaurants, access to exclusive member perks—like free food and order discounts—and donation matching. How can I redeem my free trial of Grubhub+ membership?

What if I’m not a Prime member?

What if I already have a Grubhub+ membership?
Existing Grubhub+ members are eligible for this offer. However, please note that the monthly meal credit of $10 for pick up orders for paid subscription members is not included in the trial offer. Follow the above steps to sign in or sign up for Prime, then connect to your Grubhub account to activate this offer. If you are participating in a paid Grubhub+ membership at the time of signup, your paid membership will be canceled and your free Grubhub+ trial will begin on the next calendar day immediately following the end of your then-current billing cycle.
Can I link my Prime account to a different Grubhub account?
You are only able to claim one Grubhub+ trial per email associated with an Amazon Prime account (including Amazon Prime Student accounts). If you already claimed a Grubhub+ trial by linking your Amazon Prime account with a Grubhub account that is associated with the same email address, then your Grubhub+ trial will apply to that Grubhub account only and cannot be transferred to other Grubhub accounts.
What if I cancel my Prime membership?
If you end your Prime membership you will lose your free access to Grubhub+. You can sign up for a standard Grubhub+ membership to continue receiving Grubhub+ benefits. If you choose to restart your Prime membership, you will need to redeem this offer again.
Who do I contact if I have an issue connecting my account?
First, verify that you are logged in to Amazon and that your Prime membership is active, then attempt to redeem the offer by visiting amazon.com/grubhub

What if I previously redeemed the Prime Student offer for a free Grubhub+ membership?
Prime Student members who have already redeemed the Grubhub+ Student offer will continue to receive free Grubhub+ until December 31, 2022. After that, you will be eligible to redeem this offer for an additional one year of Grubhub+ for free as long as this offer is available.
Will my Grubhub+ Amazon Prime Trial auto-renew with Grubhub after one year?
After your free trial of Grubhub+ ends, Grubhub will charge the payment method associated with your Grubhub account on a monthly basis at the then-current rate (currently $9.99/month). You can cancel any time by contacting Grubhub customer support or visiting the “Grubhub+ membership” section in your Grubhub account settings.
If you have received a 1-year extension on your Grubhub+ Amazon Prime Trial, you will have an additional 365 days from your previous expiration date before your preferred payment method is charged.
How do I cancel my Grubhub+ trial membership?
You will have free access to Grubhub+ with your Prime membership for one year (or two years if you received a one year extension or signed up between June 5, 2023 and July 5, 2023), but you can cancel at any time by visiting the “Grubhub+ membership” section in your Grubhub account settings. If you cancel your trial, your benefits will end immediately.
How do I unlink my Amazon and Grubhub accounts?
Note: Linked Amazon and Grubhub accounts are required to access your Prime Grubhub+ benefits. If you choose to restart your Grubhub+ membership through Prime, you will need to redeem this offer again.
To disconnect your Amazon account:
- Visit Your Account on Amazon
- Under Other programs, go to Login with Amazon
- Select “Remove” next to Grubhub to disconnect your accounts
Will my personal data be shared between Amazon Prime and Grubhub?
By linking your Amazon and Grubhub accounts, you agree that Amazon will share your Prime membership status information with Grubhub for the purposes of enabling your Grubhub offer and that Grubhub may share offer redemption and/or cancellation information with Amazon.
What if my Amazon or Grubhub account is deleted?
Deletion of your Grubhub or Amazon account will result in the termination of your Grubhub+ trial. Currently, there isn’t a way to restore your Grubhub+ trial once your Grubhub or Amazon account is deleted. If you would like to rejoin Grubhub+, you can create a new Grubhub or Amazon account then redeem this offer again. Subject to Grubhub and Amazon terms of use.”
