First Friday is this week in downtown Phoenix (September 4th)! If you haven’t been before, the promoters describe it as: “A neighborhood celebration with art, street vendors, live music, entertainment, amazing food, great craft beer, wine & much more! No cover.” One of my favorite things about First Friday is the opportunity to visit three of AZ’s best museums FREE OF CHARGE!

The Children’s Museum of Phoenix: Admission is free for all on September 4th from 5-9 PM (first come first serve). Take the kids for an exciting evening of fun and learning! Admission is usually $19 for everyone 1 and over…a family of 4 will save $76! Mark your calendar…admission will also be free on October 2nd, November 6th, and December 4th!

Phoenix Art Museum: General admission is free for all on September 4th from 5-8 PM. Keep your eyes peeled for my much younger sister Angelica who works there. She’ll be so happy to see you!
Enjoy!
