About Aioli Gourmet Burger

• Our story is simple. We are two lifelong friends with one objective in mind: to make a great product and provide it to people throughout the valley. Aioli Burger began with one food truck in Phoenix, expanded to three trucks, became a full-service catering company, and now has two brick-and-mortar burger joint locations.
• It was a simple decision to select our first restaurant location. Let’s go back to the beginning: the neighborhood where we grew up, right on 32nd Street and Shea.
