I LOVE birthdays and truly believe every day (and year) is a gift! Lots of restaurants and stores want to celebrate YOU on your special day with freebies and deals! I made a list of my ten favorites for 2026 (make sure you’re signed up if necessary and add your birth date to receive your birthday gift)!
Here are my TOP TEN birthday freebies and deals that I DEFINITELY plan on taking advantage of in 2026:

3. Benihana: Sign up with their free Friends With Benefits program and get a free $50 birthday reward the month of your birthday. They also offer deals at RA Sushi, Kona Grill, and other great restaurants.
4. Grimaldi’s Pizza: Sign up for the FREE Grimaldi’s Pizzeria Rewards program and get a free 16″ pizza for your birthday (you must have made a food or beverage purchase sometime during the year to qualify).
5. Kendra Scott: Sign up for their free Insider program and get 50% off any fashion jewelry item the month of your birthday (or 25% off fine jewelry). They also have a special bonus treat deal (totally optional).
6. Sephora: Sign up for their free Beauty Insiders program and enjoy a FREE gift for your bday! There are always several options to choose from.
7. Ulta: Sign up for their free Beauty Rewards program and enjoy a FREE gift on your bday!
8. Harkins Theatres: Join their free Harkins Awards program to get a free $5 birthday treat on your account for popcorn, drinks, snacks, and other treats.
9. Starbucks: Join their free Starbucks Rewards program and get a free drink or food item loaded to your account for your birthday. NOTE: You must join the program at least 7 days prior to your birthday to qualify for the freebie, and you must make at least one star-earning transaction throughout the year.
10. Black Rock Coffee: Join their FREE Black Rock Rewards program and get a free medium hot or iced drink within 30 days of their birthday. BONUS: You’ll also get a free medium drink NOW for joining!

AMC Theatres: Join their free AMC Stubs program to get a free large popcorn loaded to your account for your birthday (you’ll also get 50% off tickets EVERY Tuesday and Wednesday)!
Cafe Rio: Sign up for their free rewards program and get a $5 credit for your birthday. You should also get a $5 credit for signing up, and if you use my referral code (AliMark23) you might get something extra…please let me know if you do so I can update!
Cold Stone Creamery: Sign up for their free rewards program and get a BOGO free coupon on your birthday. You’ll also get a BOGO free coupon now for signing up!
Dutch Bros: Join the free Dutch Rewards program and add your birthday to get a free drink. You’ll also get a free medium drink now for joining.
Jersey Mike’s: Join their free Mike’s birthday rewards program and get a free sub on your birthday (you must have bought a sub sometime the year before).
Joe’s Farm Grill: Stop in on your birthday for a free meal with ID. Joe’s Real BBQ gives a free meal on your birthday too (up to $10).
Kohl’s: Join their free rewards program and get a $5 Kohl’s Cash gift for your birthday (you must have made at least one purchase to get this perk).
Red Robin: Join their free Royalty program to get a free burger for your birthday (must have spend $10+ during the year). You get a free appetizer for joining.
Total Wine: Join their free rewards program and share your birthday to get a free bottle of wine perk via email the week before your birthday. (Thanks so much for this one Anne, I think this will definitely make Top 10 next year)!
